Every Vexoralyn™ order is prepared with attention and care.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order verification, preparation, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Busy Periods:
During holidays, promotional events, or peak shopping seasons, processing may require an additional 3–5 business days.

Shipping Fee:
A standard shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and fulfillment availability.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please keep in mind:

  • Initial tracking updates may appear after the package begins moving through the carrier network

  • A lack of immediate updates does not necessarily mean your shipment has stopped moving

5. Changes, Address Updates & Order Cancellations

Because we begin preparing orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your information.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

We want every Vexoralyn™ order to arrive in excellent condition.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and assist with an appropriate solution.

Lost Shipments:
If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we will work with you to resolve the situation and provide further assistance.
